What We Do
Abafundi Be White Zulu (Pty) Limited is a workplace academy which provides suitable candidates, training programmes, related work experience and placement, for unemployed candidates.
We have a keen interest to aid with creating opportunities for the unemployed.
A primary focus is to align recruitment strategies to meet Skills Development, BBBEE scorecard, Y.E.S Target and Employment Equity requirements.
Should the onboarding of the unemployed candidates be too vast for the Lead Employer, they are placed (outsourced) within the workplace of a Host Employer.
The candidates are managed, and relevant supporting documentation provided throughout the programme. Once the programme is completed, the successful candidates are absorbed within industry.
